Volunteering

Voluntary work is a great way to learn new skills, make friends and enhance your CV.
We rely on volunteers to operate, and whatever skills you have to offer, we'll find a use for them!
 
You do not have to be horsey or have any special skills to help us, just a desire to help.

Horse Care

 

Our horses enjoy being groomed and taken out for walks, and we are always glad of help with feeding, watering, mucking out etc.

 

Promote our cause

 

Represent us on a stall, hand out leaflets or put up posters to promote our events.

Art and photography

​

Our horses make great subjects!

​

We also need people to help take photos of donated items so that we can sell them to raise much needed funds.

 

Internships

​

If you have plenty of experience and would like to learn kind and effective methods of training horses, we are happy to share our skills in exchange for help.

Computer tasks

​

We currently need help listing items on the internet to raise much needed funds.

​

If you are an eBay seller, we would love to have your help selling donated items.

Outdoor jobs

 

If you have DIY skills or just love working outdoors, we have wooden fences to repair and trees to plant.

​

On rainy days we have stables to paint, firewood to chop and lots of other practical activities.
